JarvisFest takes place on the third weekend in August at the Jarvis Lions Community Centre and Ball Park in Jarvis, ON. The venue offers plenty of space for live entertainment, food trucks, family activities, and more—all in the heart of the community.
Admission is entirely free; however, we sincerely appreciate any donations, as they help us ensure the continued success of JarvisFest.
JarvisFest runs throughout the weekend with something for everyone:
Friday: 3pm - 11pm
Saturday: 11am - 11pm
Sunday: 8am - 5pm

Absolutely! JarvisFest is packed with fun for all ages, including:
Different children's performers throughout the weekend
Face painting
A disc golf tournament open to all ages
A new VR experience
A dedicated Kid Zone featuring games and activities to keep kids of all ages entertained

Accessible parking is quite limited just outside the gates on Park Street.
For those willing to pay a small fee, additional parking is available at the Walpole Heritage Farm Machinery Association, located south of the park on Highway 6.
A shuttle service will be provided to transport you to the park.
There is also the option for street parking until it becomes full.
Yes! JarvisFest is open to everyone.
While we would never turn pets away, we encourage pet parents to leave them at home to keep them safe from the heat, noise, and crowds. We want to ensure the best experience for everyone, including our furry friends!
JarvisFest is rain or shine! We’re ready to celebrate no matter the weather, so come prepared for any conditions.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own lawn chairs and blankets! While tables are available, they can fill up quickly during busy times, so we encourage bringing your own seating to ensure a comfortable spot.
The craft beverage area accepts both cash and debit cards. While it’s up to each food and craft vendor, many do accept both cash and debit/credit cards. We recommend bringing a mix of payment options just in case!
JarvisFest is organized by a dedicated committee of volunteers made up of community members.
While there’s a common misconception that the Jarvis Lions run the event, it’s actually a collaborative effort.
